Instrumental course

Carnatic Violin Classes in Udupi

Learn Carnatic music on the violin, from posture and bowing to kritis, in small Junior and Senior batches.

What you’ll learn

From your first bow stroke to full kritis

Lessons start with the Carnatic sitting posture, holding the violin and bow, and clean notes. You then play the same classical order of exercises a singer learns, adding the gamakas that make the violin sing.

Syllabus
